I haven't posted in so long, this is because I started uni again in September so I just wanted to get properly focused on that before I carried on with this. I really want to get back in to it properly because I always get so many ideas of what I could write about! So here's my next post; I thought I'd go with something simple so I've decided to write about my favorite foundation ever.
I haven't worn foundation for very long, I only properly started wearing it a couple of years ago so I haven't tried very many but I honestly think this is one of the best out there. It's in a lovely matte bottle and I just love it.
I have quite oily and blemished skin and this foundation is perfect for me. It keeps my skin looking matte all day, I don't feel like I need to use blotting papers anymore and it stays in place all day. The coverage is pretty good, it doesn't completely conceal my blemishes but it does make them look a lot less red which is fine for me. It gives me a nice even skin tone and it blends in really well.
I have this in the shade Ecru, I got matched at the counter where they have a colour chart which they hold up to your face and choose which one matches the best. I love the way that it feels on your skin, its really silky and smooth and you can hardly feel it on your skin even throughout the day.
This is the only bad thing about the foundation, it doesn't have a pump! I always feel like I'm wasting a lot of it because I always end up pouring too much out. However other than that I feel like this is the perfect foundation for me. It's a bit pricey at £28 but it does last a long time, I've had this since August and I don't even think I'm half way through it yet!
